'Stop'!
- First Album and New Web site
This year is unfolding into a year
where the prayers of our groups intentions and vision
are being realised, and it seems the hand of The Lord
has opened into what we believe will be a very exciting
and Kingdom Building time for us all. We have done
several gigs this year for the Bikers and at The
Wheatsheaf as well as The Church on the Roundabout -and
have been invited to play at the Wight Rock Bar once
again on the 29th July and we are seeing God's Grace at
work in and through the music He has given us and
through the relationships that are developing. We are
very privileged to be able to serve in this manner and
we would appreciate your prayers for doors continuing to
open. We praise God for you all and for all the support
and love you have shown us.
We're
also pleased to announce our new web site- http://stopband.weebly.com/ where you can
purchase and listen to our new album! 'STOP- Signs. Only

Items
needing a home....
Good News Bible -
we have a large Lectern Bible plus 14 pew copies in
leather covers which need a new home. Not in great
condition but could be useful to
someone.
We
also have a lectern and matching seat
which are surplus to requirements. A donation is invited
for these - see photo. Lectern probably needs fixing to
the floor to be safe.

Help!
Camper Van Needed for Soul Survivor.
We
are part of the Catering Team for YFC's trip to Soul
Survivor at Shepton Mallet this August, cooking for 100
plus young people. We now find ourselves with no
accommodation (just for us to sleep in - there will be
no cooking done in the camper van) and wonder if there
is someone who would lend us their van from any time on
Sunday 5th August to late on Sunday 12th
August. If you can help or
would like to discuss it further, please contact us on
730640 or email sherwoodfamily@hotmail.co.uk |
