Bible Resources	Bible Resources The Bible Socitety's Bible resources website carefully selects a range of Bible related resources, in a variety of formats, that complement our work of making the Bible heard.
Bible Society	The Bible Society The Bible Society, based in Swindon, operates in partnership with many national Bible societies and with the United Bible Society in promoting translation, printing and distribution of Bibles worldwide. In countries where there is Bible hunger or where there is strong opposition to Christianity our Society helps to provide facilities and campaigns to make God's word available and is involved in 80% of all translation work. Without this commitment to supply a foundation the Lord's Commission Matt 28 vv19 & 20 would be severely compromised. On the home front, where a new positive climate of faith in the Bible is vital the Society has taken a number of initiatives. The recent Greater Manchester Campaign is typical. Expansion into organisation of the three national Christian Resources Exhibitions has followed. Parliament now has a permanent Bible Society Representative in Andrew Lendrum. On the Island speakers, displays, church representatives, the Ryde Action Group and Island representation all do their best to publicize. The Area Manager often visits to give power point led updates to churches and leadership. Reel Issues is for Christian groups interested in sharing discussions on issues presented by cinema and TV. Theos is a public theology think tank which exists to change the climate of opinion about the role of faith and belief in society. Bible Sunday for Sunday schools sharing with congregations. 25 Island churches and a multitude of individual supporters help the Bible Society work with their gifts. Boys Brigade	The Boys Brigade is a uniformed Christian organisation advancing Christ's kingdom amongst boys.
Cafe Church - on the roundabout	Café Church - on the roundabout Café Church is now a regular fixture at Church on the Roundabout, running every 4th Sunday. The next one will be on 23rd November and will feature “Battle of the (embarrassing) Dads”. Later in the evening we’ll be talking about Father God. Carisbrooke Priory Art Group	Carisbrooke Priory Art Group A friendly art group meets at Carisbrooke Priory three times a week. All abilities welcome with beginners especially welcome. Members are free to work on their own and in any medium they choose but guidance and tuition are available. FGBMFI Full Gospel Businessmens Fellowship International	Full Gospel Businessmens Fellowship International Holds evening outreach meals at a hotel with a speaker who gives testimony to the saving power of Jesus. There is a meal in most months of the year. Men’s fellowship meetings are held in members’ homes.
Frontline	Frontline is an independent, voluntary organisation which offers free and confidential advice to those suffering from debt and it's associated problems, working mainly in the south of England. Training courses for prospective counsellors are also provided.
The Garth	The Garth is a smalll self catering retreat house for people of all denominations who want to spend time in an atmosphere of prayer and recollection.

Isle of Wight College Christian Union	The IWCCU meets weekly for bible study, prayer and fellowship. Love Russia	Love Russia is a Christian Charity originally formed in 1993. The principal aim of the charity is the provision of regular ongoing humanitarian aid to a growing number of projects in Russia.
Medina Valley Centre	The Medina Valley Centre is a respected outdoor education centre offering environmental education and field studies for schools, colleges and universities. The centre also offers a choice of RYA sailing courses for all ages, as well as sailing and activity holidays for the family, individuals and groups.

Prophetic Witness Movement International	Prophetic Witness Movement International Meetings are held Bethany Evangelical Church, Union St. Newport on the second Thursday of each month from March to November with no meeting in August. (There are no meetings in December, January and February) The afternoon meeting is from 3.30pm - 4.30pm then a tea interval when tea is provided at the Church. Solace Tent	Solace Tent Solace is a totally free café-come-chill-out tent sited at both the IOW rock festival and Bestival. Solace represents all the churches from across the Isle of Wight. We want to serve the festival and all the festival goers with an expression of what we believe God has done for us – an act ofunconditional love and grace. So, right from the youngest to the oldest we’ve pulled together to bake cakes and to serve up a good old cup of tea (29 varieties to be exact) - absolutely free - no strings attached.
